Through my personal experience with chronic pain and fatigue, I began on a path to healing. As a Registered Nurse, Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki Master and Regenesis provider, I develop plans with each individual, assisting them on their path to wellness. My therapy and programs encompass body, mind and spirit. With holistic guidance and your commitment we work toward whole life balance.

I recently wrote a chapter about my life experiences and discovery of being an empath in a collaborative book, The Empath Effect: Powerful Stories of Love, Courage and Transformation.
